Permission to Use Your Photos & Videos

By emailing your photos or videos to HSV Bavaria — or by tagging us and inviting us to re-share — you confirm and agree that:

  • You took the content yourself, or you have the right to share it with us.
  • You grant HSV Bavaria a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, and display the content on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Any identifiable people shown have agreed to appear, or you are authorized to give that permission on their behalf.
  • You release HSV Bavaria from any claims arising from our use of the content.

We will make reasonable efforts to credit you by name. If your content includes children, please tell us in your message. If you ever want something taken down, just email us and we’ll remove it promptly.

HSV Bavaria is a non-profit organization; fan photos and videos are used only to celebrate our performances and community.
